These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and purchases, orders and post-purchase services provided by Quick Resolve. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Intellectual Property

Website text, layout, original graphics, software, business names and other original Quick Resolve materials are owned by or licensed to Quick Resolve and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially reused without permission. HP, product names, logos and related trademarks are the property of HP Inc. or their respective owners and are used only to identify applicable products and services.

Payments & Orders

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping and order information. Payment is due at checkout unless a written invoice states otherwise. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully authorized or confirmed and the order passes any applicable verification. Pricing, taxes, shipping charges, product availability and eligibility may change before an order is accepted. If an item cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted regarding available options, substitution where agreed, backorder or refund as applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

For in-stock physical products shipped within the continental United States, orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmed payment. Estimated carrier delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, so customers should normally expect delivery within approximately 4–9 business days after confirmed payment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Backorders, remote destinations, holidays, severe weather, payment verification and carrier disruptions may take longer.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You may use this website only for lawful shopping, account, order and support purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent payment or identity information, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity. Quick Resolve may refuse or cancel affected orders, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or take other lawful action when misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Resolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of the website, carrier delay, third-party services, manufacturer systems, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Disputes

Please contact Quick Resolve first so a billing, product, delivery or service dispute can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may use any dispute-resolution process or court remedy available under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable United States law and, where state law governs, the laws applicable to Quick Resolve LLC in the State of Washington, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

Manufacturer Terms

Manufacturer warranties, product specifications and manufacturer support programs remain subject to the applicable manufacturer's own terms and policies.
